Shipping & Returns
Due to many items being made by hand, please allow a few days for your item to be dispatched once your order has been placed. We usually ship using Royal Mail's Tracked service in the U.K. However, due to the regular Royal Mail strike action, your order may be sent via another courier service. If your order is urgent, please get in touch for more shipping options.
All orders outside of the U.K. are sent via UPS or Fedex. Please note that all customers ordering from outside of the U.K. are responsible for paying any import duty or tax.
With the exception of bespoke orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully in a postage box for return postage. We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Bespoke items are exempt from being returned unless damaged upon arrival. In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will contact you to let you know once your returned item is received and whether we are able to approve a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
